Bird thing from an EB64 screenshot. And you know, that screenshot's pretty blurry at least, the one I looked at was this one. I eventually happened upon a clearer shot and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with some of the guesswork I had to do.
Based off two seperate EB64 concept art sketches. One of the sketches has Lucas sitting in what looks like a bottom part of a creature's jaw with mechanical parts. Another was a dinosaur-like body with mechanical legs. I fused the two together. See: here and here.
